Delete your account

From the app or the website, in a minute:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the menu and tap “My account”.
3. Tap “Delete my account”, type DELETE and confirm.

When you delete it:

• The account stops working straight away.
• Your name, email, phone, notifications and the phones that received them are erased.
• You are unlinked from your players and teams.
• Each player's sports record is kept and managed by their club or academy. To erase it too, ask them or write to us.
• Invoices and payments are kept for the period required by law.

Can't log in? Write to us from your account's email at info@loalvicsports.es and we will delete it within 30 days at the latest.
