LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. provides its training services under the brand TNGS Academy. The commercial website is loalvicsports.es, which has its own legal notice.

2 · What this application is

It is the working tool of LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. and of the clubs and coaches who subscribe to it: player tracking, teams, training sessions, matches, communication with families and club management. There is no open registration: accounts are created by LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L., by the club or by the coach who grants access, or are created when a service is purchased on loalvicsports.es.

3 · Terms of use, privacy and cookies

Use of the application is governed by the terms of use. How we process personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and what is stored in the browser, in the cookie policy. Cancellations and refunds are explained in cancellations and refunds.

4 · Intellectual property

The design, code and texts of the application belong to LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. or are used under licence. The typefaces (Inter and Anton) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. The crests, names and trade marks of the clubs and of the Federación de Fútbol de la Comunitat Valenciana (Valencian Football Federation) belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify the teams, without this implying the assignment of any right.

What users upload (photos, videos, exercises, documents) belongs to the person who uploads it or to whoever gave them permission. Whoever uploads it is responsible for holding that right and, if people appear in it, for having their authorisation.

5 · Liability

We endeavour to ensure that the information is correct and that the application works without interruption, but there may be errors or interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. The federation's schedules and results are read from its public website: what the federation publishes is what prevails. We are not liable for the content of third-party websites to which we link.

6 · Governing law and courts

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia.
