Terms of use

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1 · Who provides the service

The app app.loalvicsports.es belongs to LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. (CIF tax ID B56345127). Its full details are in the legal notice. By using the app you accept these terms; when you create your password you are asked to accept them expressly.

2 · What it is for

It is a tool for sports tracking and for managing teams and clubs. It is used by LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. with the players of its services, and by the clubs and coaches who subscribe to it with their teams. Families use it to follow their player, confirm attendance and receive notifications.

The price and terms of each service are contracted separately (on loalvicsports.es or in the contract with the club). For families, use of the app is included in the service they have contracted or in that of their club.

3 · Accounts and access

• There is no open registration: the account is created by LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L., the club or the coach, or is created when a service is purchased on loalvicsports.es, and you set your own password.
• The account is personal. Keep your password safe and do not share it; if you think someone knows it, change it or let us know.
• If a minor player has their own account, it is created by their family, who are responsible for its use. Who gives the permissions for a minor is explained in the privacy policy.
• Each person sees only what corresponds to them by their position. Do not try to access data that is not yours.

4 · Proper use

By using the app you undertake to:

• Provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
• Upload only photos, videos and documents that you have the right to use and, if people appear in them, with their permission (for minors, that of their family). The app asks for each player's image permission: respect it.
• Use the data of players and families only for the team's sporting activity, without copying it or passing it on to anyone.
• Not publish content that is offensive, unlawful or harmful to other people.
• Not attempt to circumvent security, copy the app or overload it.

If someone breaches these rules, we may suspend or withdraw their access, giving prior notice unless it is urgent in order to protect other people.

5 · Clubs and coaches who subscribe to the app

When a club or a coach manages their team in the app, they are the controller of their players' and families' data and of what their staff publish: they must have a legal basis for processing it (for example, registration with the club) and obtain any permissions required. LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. processes that data only on their behalf, in accordance with the data processing agreement.

6 · Sports and health information

• The data on wellbeing, loads, growth and physical assessments serves to guide training. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace a doctor's opinion. In the event of an injury or pain that does not go away, consult a healthcare professional.
• The federation's schedules, results and match reports are read from its public website. The app checks them, but what the federation publishes is what prevails.
• Voice dictation and image creation with artificial intelligence can make mistakes: whoever uses them must review the result before saving or sharing it.

7 · Availability

We work to keep the app running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, improvements or failures of providers or of the internet. We may change features for technical, legal or security reasons, or to improve the service, at no cost to you. If a change significantly disadvantages you, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you will be able to cancel the service without penalty.

8 · Intellectual property

The app, its design and its texts belong to LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L. or are used under licence. What you upload remains yours (or belongs to whoever gave you permission); you give us permission to store it and display it within the app to the appropriate people, solely to provide the service.

9 · Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with due diligence. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the app, by content uploaded by other users or by causes beyond our control. Nothing in this limits the rights that the law grants you as a consumer.

10 · Closing your account

You can stop using the app whenever you wish and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@loalvicsports.es. Cancellation of paid services is explained in cancellations and refunds.

11 · Changes and governing law

We will only change these terms for technical, legal or security reasons, or to improve the service. If a change significantly disadvantages you, we will notify you in the app at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to cancel without penalty. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; in all other cases, those of Valencia.
