Cookie policy

What the app stores in your browser and why we do not ask you to accept cookies when you enter.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1 · In short

  • The app does not use advertising, analytics or social media cookies.
  • It only stores what is strictly necessary for it to work (the session) and what you choose (your preferences). The law allows these to be used without asking for consent (Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 (LSSI) and the Cookie Guide of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency)), which is why no cookie notice appears when you enter.
  • The only third-party element that could store cookies is YouTube videos, and they are not loaded until you accept.

2 · What is stored in your browser

Everything belongs to the app itself (LOALVIC SPORTS, S.L.) and is used for nothing other than the purpose stated:

  • sb-…-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1…)

    Keeping you securely logged in (authentication).

    First-party cookie · Until you log out of the account, or 400 days

  • jugador

    Remembering which child you are viewing if there is more than one in the family.

  • loalvic-cuentas-v1

    The open sessions of the accounts you save for “Cambiar de cuenta” (Switch account) (they allow you to access them without a password from this device; the password is never stored).

    Filling in your email if your session has expired.

    Letting the app’s “Back” button know where to return to.

  • par-v2

    Storing on this device the last screens you have opened, so you can view them offline. It is emptied when you press “Salir” (Log out) or switch account.

If you enable notifications on your mobile phone, the browser creates a subscription with its notification service (Google, Apple or Mozilla). You decide this through the permission the browser itself asks for, and you can remove it in its settings.

3 · YouTube videos

Some exercises in the routines have a YouTube video. Before loading it, the app warns you that YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may store cookies and data on your device, and lets you choose between watching it within the app or opening it on YouTube. If you accept, the version of YouTube that stores less data (youtube-nocookie.com) is used and your choice is remembered on this device. What YouTube does with that data is explained in Google's privacy policy.

You can withdraw that permission whenever you wish with this button. Cookies that YouTube has already stored are deleted from your browser's cookie settings.

4 · Links and images from other websites

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, the federation's website or other pages open outside the app, and their own policies apply there. The crests of some teams are loaded from the federation's server and some exercise images from the website where they are published: when they are displayed, that server receives the request from your browser (with your IP address), as when opening any website. The app does not pass on any of your data to it, nor does it use those images to measure what you do.

5 · How to delete or block cookies

You can delete or block them in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, under "Privacy"). If you block the session cookies, you will not be able to access the app. Pressing "Salir" (Log out) ends that account's session on this device and removes it from the "Cambiar de cuenta" (Switch account) list. The other accounts you have saved remain available on this device until you remove them or log out of them: do not save them on a shared device.
